Shortcut 1 · "Brain Dump" (voice, works with Siri):

1. Shortcuts app → + → name it Brain Dump
2. Add Dictate Text (stop listening: After Pause)
3. Add Get Contents of URL:
   https://cm-call-board-default-rtdb.firebaseio.com/triage/items.json
4. Expand it: Method POST, Body JSON, fields: text = Dictated Text · by = Stefany · origin = voice
5. Say "Hey Siri, Brain Dump" anywhere.

Shortcut 2 · "Snap to Triage" (photos via share sheet):

1. New shortcut Snap to Triage → ⓘ → Show in Share Sheet (Images)
2. Resize Image width 900 → Convert Image JPEG ~50% → Base64 Encode
3. Text action: data:image/jpeg;base64, + Base64 Encoded variable
4. Get Contents of URL (same URL, POST, JSON): img = Text · by = Stefany · origin = photo
